EDGE –
Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable. The purpose of the Trainer’s EDGE course is
to provide and help develop the platform of skillsof a trainer. The training sessions not only demonstrate good
training methods, but also give you a hands-on opportunity to interact with
participants and practice what you have learned. Participants need to come prepared to make a
10 minute presentation on a scout skill or scouting topic.
