Attention ALL Trainers!
Be ready for all District Training,
& the University of Scouting.
Required for NYLT & Wood Badge Staffers.
EDGE � Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable. The purpose of the Trainer�s EDGE course is to provide and help develop the platform of skills of a trainer. The training sessions not only demonstrate good training methods, but also give you a hands-on opportunity to interact with participants and practice what you have learned. Participants need to come prepared to make a 10 minute presentation on a Scout skill or Scouting topic.
